Faithful Steward Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Faithful Steward. We aim to provide high-quality, faith-based products that inspire wise money management and biblical stewardship. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (For workshops)

All digital downloads, such as planners, guides, and workbooks, are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot issue refunds after the product has been delivered electronically.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital file, please contact us at [faithfulstewardplanners@gmail.com], and we’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.

Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [faithfulstewardplanners@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Workshops or Coaching Sessions

Registration fees for workshops or digital events are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another event date with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled event.
